I haven't booked on the MEININGER website, but need to amend my booking. How do I do this?
If you have booked with a third party supplier, we are unfortunately not entitled to make amendments. Please contact the supplier directly. The same applies for cancellations of bookings.
I need to change a guest name of my group booking. How can I do that?
If you need to change the names of people in your group, please contact the group sales team at groups@meininger-hotels.com. If you booked with a third party, please contact them to make the required amendments.
How can I change the number of guests in my group booking?
If you want to change the number of guests, please send an email to groups@meininger-hotels.com. We will be happy to check our availabilities for you and send you an answer if the change is possible and if/how this might affect the amount to pay. If you have made a booking via a third party, please refer to them to change your booking.
I am arriving after 6 PM and I forgot to provide my payment details in order to guarantee my booking. What happens to my booking?
As group bookings are prepaid, they are guaranteed and arrivals after 6 PM are no problem. Our group sales experts will contact you before the arrival to confirm the final details of your arrival. This also includes the approximate time of arrival to prepare your check-in at reception.
To change the dates of your booking, please email to groups@meininger-hotels.com quoting your reservation number and the new dates of your stay. We will check availabilities and let you know if the change is possible. Please know that the total price of the booking may change.
